DevLoadable

Terms of Service

The rules for using DevLoadable. Please read them before you build with us.

Last updated October 11, 2026

The short version
  • You own what you make. You are responsible for what you publish.
  • AI can get things wrong, so test generated code before you rely on it.
  • Do not use DevLoadable for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.

1. Agreement

DevLoadable ("DevLoadable", "we", "us") is an AI web app builder that is part of ZarGPT. It is operated by Ahmed Ishtiaque Zarir. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use DevLoadable.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use DevLoadable. When you sign up you agree to:

  • give accurate information and keep it up to date;
  • keep your sign-in details private and not share your account;
  • tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. The service

You describe what you want in plain language. Our AI models, ZarGPT Build Mini and ZarGPT Build Max, generate pages, code and project files. You can preview them, keep version history, download them as a zip file, and publish them to a DevLoadable link.

We may limit usage, for example with a daily message limit, to keep the service fast and fair. Limits, features and models can change over time.

4. Your content and generated output

"Your content" means the prompts, files and projects you add to DevLoadable. "Output" means what the service generates for you.

  • You keep ownership of your content. As between you and us, you also own the output generated for you, to the extent the law allows and subject to the rights of others.
  • Because AI produces output from patterns, the same or similar output may be generated for other people. We do not promise that output is unique.
  • You give us a limited permission to host, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, including showing the sites you choose to publish.
  • You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

5. Check what the AI builds

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure or out of date. Review and test everything before you use it in production, handle payments or personal data with it, or rely on it for legal, medical or financial matters. You are responsible for how you use the output, including security, licenses and legal compliance.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use DevLoadable to:

  • break any law or help others do so;
  • create or publish malware, phishing pages, scams, or pages that impersonate people or organizations;
  • infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights;
  • produce sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred or violence;
  • get around usage limits, including by running bots or sharing accounts to avoid limits;
  • probe, reverse engineer or try to extract the underlying models, prompts, keys or infrastructure;
  • disrupt, overload or attack the service or other users;
  • resell the service without our written permission.

7. Published sites

A published site is public and can be opened by anyone who has the link. You are solely responsible for its content. We may show a "Built with DevLoadable" badge on published sites. Published pages run in a restricted browser environment for security, so some browser features may be limited.

We may disable or remove a site that breaks these Terms or the law, and where needed we may do so without notice. To report a site, contact us using the details below.

8. Third-party services

DevLoadable depends on third-party providers for hosting, database, sign-in (including Google sign-in) and AI processing. We do not control them, and they may have their own terms. If they have an outage, DevLoadable may be slow or unavailable.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service and these Terms. When we make important changes to the Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where practical, tell you in the product. If you keep using DevLoadable after a change, you accept the new Terms.

You can stop using DevLoadable at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, put the service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Download your projects before your access ends. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and liability, will continue after termination.

10. Disclaimers and liability

DevLoadable is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranties, including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of output, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of DevLoadable is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that country, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.

12. Contact
