1. Who we are

DevLoadable is an AI web app builder that is part of ZarGPT. It is operated by Ahmed Ishtiaque Zarir, who decides how your information is used and is the contact for this policy. This policy explains what we do with your information when you use DevLoadable. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and name when you sign up with email, or the basic profile details Google shares with us when you sign in with Google. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are not stored in readable form.
• Your content. Prompts, chat history, projects, generated code and files, uploaded files, version history and the sites you publish.
• Usage information. Message counts for usage limits, timestamps, build activity logs and error reports.
• Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, and pages requested, collected in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

• to provide the service: generate, save, preview, publish and let you download your projects;
• to sign you in and keep your account secure;
• to apply usage limits and detect abuse;
• to fix bugs and improve reliability and performance;
• to answer your messages and support requests;
• to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. AI processing

To generate a response, your prompt and the relevant parts of your project are sent to third-party AI infrastructure providers. The result is saved in your project. Because of this, please do not include passwords, API keys, financial details, health information or other sensitive personal data in your prompts or uploaded files.

5. Who we share it with

• Service providers that host DevLoadable, store data, handle sign-in and process AI requests. They only receive what they need to do that work.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users or the service.
• Business changes. If DevLoadable is transferred to someone else, your information may be transferred with it, and we will tell you if your choices change.
• The public. A site you publish is public. Anyone with its link can see what you put in it, so do not publish personal or private information.

6. Cookies and storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are essential to keep you signed in and remember basic settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this section.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete a project at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep some records for security or legal reasons.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong;
• export your projects (you can download them as a zip file);
• delete your account and information;
• object to or limit certain uses of your information.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit who can reach your projects. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password.

10. Children

DevLoadable is not meant for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. If we learn that we collected information from a child below that age, we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer and on applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the product where practical.
